I therefore want to help partners find their footing in the city, through access to career guidance, social networks, and participation in cultural communities. This creates well-being within the family and strengthens their connection to Copenhagen and Denmark.<\/p><p data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"913\"><strong><em>Strengthening the International House so that new residents receive a warm welcome.<\/em><\/strong> I want to provide the International House with more resources, for example by hiring staff with intercultural understanding or cooperating with NGOs. It should be a welcome center where people feel seen and supported.<\/p><p data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"1311\"><em><strong>Additional language support in daycare centers and schools with targeted leisure activities to ensure well-being.<\/strong> <\/em>I want to ensure extra language support in both daycare centers and schools, and work to provide staff with the tools to create inclusive learning environments. I also want to develop leisure activities that are especially tailored for children who are adjusting to a new culture.<\/p><p data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1777\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><em><strong>Better access to part-time jobs for international students as a means of integration and networking.<\/strong><\/em> It should be easier for international young people to find part-time jobs, not only to support themselves, but also because work is a gateway to the language, networks, and Danish society. There should be more flexible regulations and better support for job placement, so that young people experience the city as a place where they both belong and have a future.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Integration that works Yes to a diverse municipality Copenhagen is an international city, and therefore a good welcome for international residents is essential for successful integration.
